Mindset Guide: How To Master Your Mind and Unlock Your True Potential
This page is dedicated to mind mastery. Our mindset has everything to do with how our lives turn out. From the way we tackle obstacles to when we procrastinate.
Firstly, understanding our mindset and how it affects us is the foundation in mind mastery. Secondly, we build a growth mindset and remove the last fixtures of a fixed mindset.
If we can do that, then we can unlock your true potential.
What is a mindset?
Simply put, it is a way of thinking. This way of thinking can be either a fixed mindset or a growth mindset.
A fixed mindset is a way of thinking that believes things can’t be changed or can’t be learned. That you are inherently bad at something and that other people were just born with talent.
An example of a fixed mindset is, I’m too old to learn how to learn a new language.
While a growth mindset is a way of thinking that welcomes challenges. People with a growth mindset believe that with hard work and time almost anything can be learned and even mastered.
